CIPLA suffer 1st season’s loss as Uganda Breweries condemns Jubilee to a thorough humbling

The 2nd corporate league outing which took place on Sunday at the Mandela National stadium ended successfully despite the inconvenience of a terrible chilly weather with drizzles that lasted for close to half the day contributing to a soggy, muddy and slippery turf on which the teams had to battle.

The outing that saw the different teams compete in the football and volleyball disciplines lived to the revelers expectations with plenty of  thrilling moments from the high scoring games, mouth watering misses, breath taking dazzles and shocking defeats that rocked the day.

Jubilee insurance suffered a 1-7 humiliation at the hands of Uganda breweries. This was the win with the highest score margin recorded on the day and the 2nd highest in the season  after Tropical bank’s 7-0 win over Platinum credit in the March outing.

In some of the other  humiliating losses, URA humbled Nile breweries 5-0  while Pride microfinance defeated  Platinum credit  5-0
